Asbestos Cement Door Panels

To improve the fire ratings of doors asbestos cement or asbestos insulation board was often fixed to the door. In some cases the doors have been modified that well that its hard to tell the difference (see other examples). These panels were identified in an asbestos management survey and contain Chrysotile asbestos.

Asbestos Acoustic Kitchen Sink Pad

Found in many properties through out the UK asbestos bonded acoustic pads or damper pads contain Chrysotile asbestos. If you have had an asbestos management survey of your premises it is likely one has been sampled.

Asbestos Bonded Flooring Adhesive – Black

Most commonly used to secure parquet and asbestos composite floor tiles. Typically Black in colour but uses vary. As with all asbestos products they may not have been used for their intended purpose. Contains Chrysotile.

Asbestos Bonded Floor Tiles (UK)

Asbestos composite floor tiles containing Chrysotile asbestos. Very common in the UK in both commercial and domestic properties following an asbestos management survey.
