Who Needs An Asbestos Survey?

The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 states under regulation 4 that the ‘duty holder’ has a specific duty to manage asbestos within non domestic premises.  Examples can include: residential landlords,  investors, developers, agents and solicitors. Whenever an asbestos survey is required please complete this form and a member of our team will respond with a fixed fee quotation valid for 30days. We are able to survey any building from a domestic communal hallway to a complete office building with multiple tenants.  If there is any doubt about the type of survey required please contact us, we are more than happy to offer advice and guidance to you or directly to your clients.

Terms: The £5 referral will be paid within 45 days of us receiving the Agents Quote Request from you.  The 10% commission is payable to you once your client has paid us the invoice in full.
